These are website and enquiry terms only. Any purchase, activation or ongoing provision of Phoenix ONE telecommunications or related services is subject to a separate quotation, order, service agreement and any applicable service-specific terms.

We take reasonable steps to keep website information current and accurate. Product descriptions, technical capabilities, pricing, deployment estimates and availability may change and may depend on customer systems, third-party platforms, network conditions and technical qualification.
3. Pricing and quotations
Unless expressly stated otherwise, website pricing is displayed in South African Rand and excludes VAT. Website pricing is indicative and does not constitute a binding quotation. Larger, specialised, call-centre, API or other non-standard requirements may require consultation and separate pricing.
A binding commercial commitment only arises when the applicable parties accept the relevant quotation, order and service terms.
4. Callback and enquiry submissions
Submitting a callback request or enquiry does not create a service contract, reserve capacity or guarantee activation. We may contact you using the details supplied for the purpose of responding to your request. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.

Phoenix ONE may depend on third-party services and infrastructure, including telecommunications networks, internet connectivity, PBX platforms, WhatsApp/Meta services and other technology providers. Third-party approval, functionality, verification, service levels and platform availability are not controlled solely by Phoenix ONE and cannot be guaranteed through this website.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, use automated means to overload the service, or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unsolicited activities.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Phoenix ONE name, branding, website design, text, graphics and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No rights are granted other than the limited right to access and use this website for legitimate business enquiries.
